Researchers at Case Western are testing an online program to help increase caregiver confidence and reduce caregiver stress. The six-week program, conducted over Zoom, is funded by the National Institute on Aging (NIA) and is available free of charge.

Participation is virtual so that you can participate from the comfort of your own home.

Participation involves:

- a screening appointment on Zoom to determine eligibility
- once weekly Zoom discussions for 6 weeks
- review the supplied workbook
- three check-in surveys via Zoom after the program
